Alumni Spotlight: Ashleigh Williams

There’s nothing we love more than connecting with our alumni and students to hear their stories. Recently, we had the chance to speak to Ashleigh. Ashleigh is a graduate of Keune Academy by 124 and now she is one of our educators. Meet Ashleigh

As mentioned above, Ashleigh was a graduate of our beauty school who became one of our instructors. Just like many of our students, she has a passion for beauty and wanted to share that passion with the next generation of beauty professionals.

Before attending Keune Academy by 124, Ashleigh was an assistant at Salon 124. Working in the salon alongside some of the best stylists, that’s what drove her to want to become a hairstylist herself.

“When I came to school at Keune Academy it really felt like home. Which with the feeling of home is why I am back as an educator. I never wanted to leave.”

The Beauty School Experience

Beauty school was a fun experience for Ashleigh, this is where she felt she was able to grow and express her creativity daily. After discovering that hair was her passion, she enrolled in our Hair Design program.

Once you reach a certain point in your education, you’ll then get to practice what you’ve learned on real clients. In fact, one of Ashleigh’s favorite things to do while in beauty school was working and meeting clients in our student clinic.

There are always opportunities to grow within the industry. Keune Academy has taught me a lot and I am glad to be part of this growing family.”
